How to crack administrator password.

First,you will need access to the command prompt.if it disabled,then go to notepad and type command.com that is now your command prompt and save it as anything.bat first,creating accounts.open the command prompt and type net user a b / ADD a will be the desired username and b will be the desired password. now, changeing password.type in net user a * a has to be the username of the account you made.now,to make the account an administrator account.type in net localgroup administrator a /ADD a is the username of the account.
